
Cicero's six new starters
Cicero, the North West’s biggest B2B marketing agency, has taken on six new members of staff to satisfy its quickly growing client base.
Cicero reports that its rapid growth has been further boosted following the acquisition by Gyro International. As a result Cicero is announcing significant appointments in client services, artwork and PR to work with its international and nationwide client base. The American Chemical Society (ACS), Hi-Tech, Springvale and Jewson are amongst some of the most recent clients that Cicero has won.
Heather Leigh, appointed account manager, specialises in branding, exhibitions and marketing strategy. Heather has several years of marketing agency experience and will be working alongside valued clients such as SAFC and Excelsyn.
Account manager Rachel Mitchell joins the client handling team from a background in business and chemistry and will be using her expertise in chemistry to work with ACS. As marketing manager for Industrial Copolymers Rachel was involved in all aspects of marketing from strategy development to marcoms and PR.
Account executive Rebecca Shorrock has also joined the client handling team and is working across a range of clients including Johnston and Optare. Her background lies in event management and account handling which has equipped her to deal with the requirements of fast paced B2B marketing.
Within the PR department, Cicero has employed two new members of staff. Jessica Hope, senior account executive, has joined Cicero from an editorial and journalistic background and will be working on key clients Prometric and the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS).
Additionally account executive Lauren Jenner has joined the PR team having recently graduated from the University of Manchester. Lauren will be using her writing and research skills on a range of B2B accounts.
In the artwork department, Cicero has employed the skills of art worker Maria Lawton. Previously Maria worked in a marketing agency both as a creative art worker and an account handler. She has been brought in to help support the extra work being processed in the studio.
